This privacy policy outlines what personal data AdMoment collects from you, how we use it, what your legal rights are and how to exercise them. The data will be well secured, and we will not share your personal data with third parties, unless we are legally obliged to do so.

 

 Who is the Data Controller?

AdMoment is owned and operated by Magneu DOO, a company with registered address at Mateja Mateski, Cevahir Block C, Unit 331, Floor 38, 1000 Skopje, North Macedonia and company registration number 7340087. In this document Magneu and AdMoment may be referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”.

Which data will be processed by AdMoment

We will collect personal data directly from you in various ways. When you create a client account through our website, we ask you to provide us with your personal details (first name, last name, email address, company name, telephone number). We also collect your IP address. After your account is approved, we opt you in to our newsletter email list. If we notice that you haven’t open any newsletter from this email list within twelve (12) months, we shall delete your email address from that newsletter campaign and no longer send you communications on such email address.

When you send us a contact request through our website, we collect personal data (first name, last name, email address). We use this data to contact you about your request. Unless we need to keep a record and process your personal data for the purposes of fulfilling any contractual obligations that exist between us and yourself, this data shall be deleted from our systems automatically at the end of each calendar year.

If you opt in to receive our company newsletter through our website, we collect personal data (first name, last name, email address). If we notice that you haven’t open a newsletter within twelve (12) months, we shall delete your email address from that newsletter campaign and no longer send you communications on such email address.

The purpose of processing data

AdMoment collects data to operate effectively and provide you with the best services, which includes regular business operations and creating personalized marketing initiatives. You provide some of this data directly, such as when you create AdMoment client account through our website, contact us through our website or register for our company newsletter.

AdMoment may also use the data to communicate with you, for example, to inform you about your account, security updates and product information. We may use that data to send you our newsletters which consist of the latest offers. In addition, we send occasional newsletters with industry news and company news, which we think may be relevant to you and your business.

If you opt in to receive our company newsletter through our website, we will send you occasional newsletters with industry updates and AdMoment corporate news. Finally, we use the data of contact requests to contact you about your request.

Way of processing 

When you apply for a client account through our website, the data is automatically transferred to our Tracking System CAKE.Your data will not be provided to other third parties, unless we are required to do so by law.

We will not place any cookies when you use this website. However, we use several types of cookies when you sign up to use our services. The following are the type of cookies we collect when certain functions of the Service are enabled:

What are your rights?

You have the right to confirm whether or not your personal data is being processed, and to be provided with relevant details of what those processing operations are and what personal data of yours is being processed. You have the right to rectification of your personal data. If you notice that the data we have about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you may request we rectify the mistake. We will make every effort to respond to requests of this type immediately.If you want to opt out from any of our lists, you can find the ‘Unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of any of the newsletters that we send you.

You have the right to object to the way we use your personal data and you have the right to have your personal data erased (right to be forgotten). If you were to request we delete your personal data, we would erase as much of that data as we could, but may have to retain some information if it is absolutely necessary. You can exercise your right by sending us a request to privacy@admoment.co. We’ll respond to this request within 48 hours (working days).
